The Sun is card number 19 in the Tarot’s Major Arcana. In numerology, the number 19 is seen as a karmic number, with the meaning of learning the balance between self-reliance and independence, as well as personal ambition and compassion for others. The Sun brings about a truly magnificent time of optimism, joy, and success. The inner child is alive and well, brought to the surface with this card’s message, and filled with so much happiness and inner light. While there are always new lessons to be learned, there is also an equal need for enjoyment and pause to savor the sweetness of life. Now is the time to feel the warmth of the sunshine on your face and allow yourself to soak up the strength and vitality it brings. There is so much well-deserved joy and happiness coming your way, so be sure to let yourself enjoy it. The warmth and glow this period of time provides can be infectious, inspiring creative bursts, time in nature, or connection with loved ones to spread its potent energy out even further. You may find others drawn in to your beautiful energy during this time, so be unapologetic in radiating it wherever you go; the collective needs it.

Navigating The Sun’s archetypal energy-
Time to celebrate the sweetness of life and allow its goodness to befall you! Now out of the woods with experiences tucked under the belt brought on by all of the big spiritual life lessons from the previous cards, this is a time to let your guard down and invite your inner child in to play and frolic. Let your spirit feel free and shine your radiant energy outwards, knowing it’s meant to be enjoyed. Feel into your body and connect with where it shines the strongest. Is it your heart, perhaps your solar plexus, or another region of the body? Once you’ve uncovered this sweet spot, place your hand or hands on it and really feel it. Picture it in your mind’s eye to the best of your ability, asking yourself what color and shape is it? Then allow it to grow, becoming bigger and bigger, until it fills the room you’re in. Then make it even bigger, extending out to loved ones near and far. Continue growing it and spreading it to communities and causes you believe in. Perhaps even extend it out to your future self to receive in a moment of need, or past self and inner child. Have fun continuing to see how big you can grow this light and how good it feels to radiate it out just like The Sun itself. Shine bright, dear Sun, and smile so big.
