Come get cozy and go deep with this magickal guided meditation journey at Practical Magick on Sunday, March 2nd from 10:30 - 11:30.

For this series, I’ll use my shamanic drum, a tool that helps alter consciousness while deeply relaxing and grounding. Using this tool I’ll first walk you through a deep body relaxation technique and from this deeply relaxed state lead you through magickal workings to help you manifest your desires and work through some obstacles in your path. After I’ve brought you back out of this deep state you’ll have time to journal your experiences and end the experience having tea as a group. I’m excited about this event and think you will be too!

Vermont Healing Circle

Friday, January 3rd

5:30 - 6:30 pm

Come join us for a special healing circle to start 2025 with so much love for our beloved Vermont. 

This feel-good event is aimed to be a space for folks to come together and collectively focus their energy. We’ll start with a guided meditation to ground and center the group, then raise and send energy to Vermont and its inhabitants’ for everyone’s highest good. We’ll also incorporate drumming and channeled Reiki energy.

While this event is ticketed to cap the number of attendees the space allows, we’re encouraging donations to help amplify the magical energy. We kindly ask that you donate to a local charity, Practical Magick’s shop for the use of the space, or both if desired. Donating to a cause close to your heart is the best way to amplify your magick and really do some good.

Dowsing (also know as Water Witching or Divining) is the ancient art of finding water, minerals, or other hidden or lost substances. As well as being a wonderful form of divination to tap into magickal energy and ask yes and no questions with. 

In this class we’ll go over how to use a pendulum, dowsing rod, and how to internally dowse using your body. We will learn how to program your dowsing tools, how to develop good questions and the basic do’s and don’ts of dowsing. 

Bring your favorite dowsing tool (there will be a few available tools to practice on if you don’t currently have one), a journal to reflect on what you learn, and a willingness to be vulnerable and grow.

For this divination series we’ll focus on a different Major Arcana card each month, starting with The Fool and working our way out to The World.

What you can expect by joining in is a handout and lesson on the focus card’s archetypal energy, a custom divination spread to help deepen you your personal connection, and lessons with the archetypes energy, and of course time to connect and practice readings with other diviners.

While we’ll be focusing on the journey of the Tarot decks Major Arcana all divination tools are encouraged to bring to practice your reading skill with other fellow readers.

Between sips of tea, you’ll connect with other like-minded folks to help you improve your reading ability and gain confidence. I’ll be running this event, checking in on reading pairs to offer guidance, tips, and tricks to help you improve your reading skills!

Taking place Saturday, March 23rd from 1 - 2:30pm at Practical Magick in Essex Junction.

Tarot reader Megan Gonzalez of Luminary Divination will be running this event, checking in on the reading pairs to offer guidance, tips and tricks to help you improve your reading skills!

Are you interested in learning how to read tarot cards for both yourself and others? Or do you already read but would like to improve and practice your skills? Join Megan Gonzalez (she/her) of Luminary Divination for a class on intuitive tarot card reading. In this class, we'll cover topics like: the structure of a deck, numerology, symbols, storytelling, developing your energetic opening & closing process, and much more!

This class is three hours long and requires you to bring a favorite pictorial tarot deck, a notebook, something to write with, curiosity, and willingness to be vulnerable.
